  • 1.  Compressed Air Purification SystemAC
    The compressed air provided by the air compressor usually contains oil and water, which will reduce the adsorption capacity of the carbon molecular sieve. Therefore, the oil and water must be removed before the compressed air enters the nitrogen-oxygen separation system. First, the air compressor compresses the air to0.75-0.9MPaEnter the air purification device, remove most of the water, oil, and impurities by the pipeline filter, and then dehydrate with a refrigeration dryer to achieve a pressure dew point of2-10After that, it passes through a fine filter, an ultra-fine filter, and an activated carbon oil remover to obtain a pressure of0.75-0.9MPaand a pressure dew point of2-10and an oil content of≤0.01PPmof clean compressed air.

    3.  Nitrogen-Oxygen Separation SystemNGN
    The oxygen-nitrogen separation system is the core part of the air separation process. Its main components are two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. When clean compressed air enters one adsorption tower,O2CO2and trace amounts ofH2Oare adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is output from the outlet. When one tower is adsorbing nitrogen, the other tower is depressurized to allow theO2CO2andH2Oto be discharged from the micropores, achieving regeneration and desorption of the molecular sieve. The two towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration, continuously outputting nitrogen.
    The oxygen-nitrogen separation system consists of adsorption towers, carbon molecular sieves filling the towers, pneumatic valves, silencers, throttling valves, clamping cylinders, pressure gauges, etc.

     

    4.  Nitrogen Buffer SystemNT
    The main function of the nitrogen buffer system is to balance the pressure and purity of the nitrogen separated from the nitrogen-oxygen separation system and ensure a continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, when the adsorption tower switches from regeneration to adsorption, it will refill the adsorption tower bed with some qualified stored nitrogen, and it also helps to increase the pressure of the adsorption tower.
    The nitrogen buffer system consists of a buffer tank, flowmeter, dust filter, pressure regulating valve, throttling valve, safety valve, etc.
