1. Operating cost of bottled nitrogen: The market price of 99.999% purity nitrogen is generally 50 yuan/bottle. A bottle of nitrogen has a standard volume of 40 liters under 12Mpa pressure, but in reality, each bottle only contains about 5M3. This means that the price of ordinary nitrogen per cubic meter is about 10 yuan. This method of gas use is only suitable for users with very small gas consumption.
Cost of using bottled nitrogen: 30Nm3/h × 10 yuan = 300 yuan/hour Annual cost: 300 × 8000 hours/year = 2.4 million yuan/year
2. Operating cost of liquid nitrogen: The market price of 99.999% purity liquid nitrogen is 1500 yuan/ton. One ton of liquid nitrogen can vaporize to produce about 600 cubic meters of gaseous nitrogen, and the price of nitrogen per cubic meter is about 2.5 yuan.

3. Operating cost of on-site nitrogen generation (calculated based on your company's nitrogen generation project of 30Nm3/h): The operating cost of the system mainly consists of the following aspects:
1. Electricity consumption 2. Labor 3. Equipment maintenance costs 4. Equipment depreciation
Electricity consumption mainly comes from the following aspects:
Air compressor: The rated power of the air compressor is 15kw. When selecting the system, considering the unloading of the air compressor and an appropriate amount of compressed air, the actual power consumption of the air compressor is about 60% of the rated power, which is about 9kw.
Refrigerated dryer: The rated power of the refrigerated dryer is 0.58kw.
Nitrogen generator: The raw material of the nitrogen generator is compressed air, and the nitrogen generator itself basically does not consume electricity. It mainly uses instrument electricity, with a rated power of about 0.6kw.
Nitrogen purification power: 6Kw
In summary, the power consumption of the entire nitrogen generation system is: 17kw. Assuming that the electricity price is 0.7 yuan/kwh, the hourly power consumption is 17 × 0.7 = 12 yuan. This translates to a power consumption of 12 ÷ 30 = 0.4 yuan per cubic meter of finished nitrogen.
Usage cost: 30Nm3/h × 0.4 yuan = 12 yuan/hour (electricity cost) Annual cost: 12 × 8000 hours/year = 96,000 yuan/year (electricity cost)
Labor cost: Since the equipment does not require dedicated personnel to be on duty and only requires periodic and irregular inspections, the labor cost for this gas generation equipment can be calculated at 20 yuan per day when calculating the operating cost.
Equipment maintenance and maintenance costs: The maintenance and maintenance costs of the entire machine are mainly reflected in:
