Nitrogen generators required by the electronics industry

A nitrogen generator can produce high-purity nitrogen in just a few minutes. Using air as a raw material, a compressor compresses and purifies the air, which then enters a precision filter group. This group includes three levels of filtration: spiral, condensation, and surface, removing most liquid water and oil. The air then enters a refrigeration dryer to remove large amounts of moisture. The treated air enters an air storage tank, which reduces airflow pulsation and acts as a buffer, reducing system pressure fluctuations.

Nitrogen generators required by the electronics industry

A nitrogen generator produces high-purity nitrogen in just minutes. Using air as a raw material, a compressor compresses and purifies the air, which then passes through a precision filter group consisting of three stages: spiral, condensation, and surface filtration. This removes most liquid water and oil. The air then enters a refrigeration dryer to remove significant amounts of moisture. The treated air enters an air storage tank, which reduces airflow pulsation, acts as a buffer, and minimizes system pressure fluctuations. Next, the purified and dried compressed air enters two adsorption towers: one for pressure adsorption nitrogen production and the other for depressurization desorption regeneration. A PLC program automatically controls the alternating operation of the two towers, enabling continuous production of high-purity nitrogen. The gas exiting the adsorption tower is under high pressure and enters a buffer tank, which relieves gas pressure and prevents tank rupture. The high-purity nitrogen is then released from the buffer tank.
