Under normal circumstances, there are some problems with nitrogen
generators as follows: 1) The air filter, freeze dryer, and air storage tank are not drained normally.
2) The freeze dryer is not refrigerating and no personnel find out in time.
3) There is no activated carbon degreaser at the front of the nitrogen generator.
4) A large number of black particles are ejected from the muffler of the nitrogen generator.
5) Some pneumatic valves are damaged.
6) The air filter element has not been replaced up to now.


The problems are solved as follows:
1) Timing drains are installed at the blowdown port of the air storage tank to reduce the load pressure of the post-processing.
2) The normal use of the equipment should pay attention to check whether each timing drain is draining normally, whether the air pressure is above 0.6mpa, and compare the inlet and outlet of the refrigeration dryer to see if there is a cooling effect. Check whether the nitrogen purity is stable.
3) The air filter must be changed every 4000 hours.
4) Activated carbon filter can effectively filter oil and prolong the service life of high-quality carbon molecular sieve. Activated carbon needs to be replaced every 3000 hours or 4 months.
5) It is recommended to prepare one pneumatic valve and solenoid valve for each type of action components of the nitrogen generator to prevent future troubles.


The construction site guidance steps for the maintenance of the nitrogen generator are divided into:


1) Preparations Your company is responsible for on-site construction, a set of various tools, welding machines, cutting machines, corresponding pipelines, and a set of parts purchased by the company.
2) Construction steps: simply clean the site, cut off the gas and power, two people remove the head of the adsorption tower, two people remove all the pipes of the nitrogen generator, remove the waste in the adsorption tower, clean up, check the top and bottom of the adsorption tower of the nitrogen equipment Whether the manifold is damaged, repair the damage in time. All piping should be cleaned with compressed air, and the pneumatic valve should be checked for damage to the sealing ring. If it is serious, the pneumatic valve needs to be replaced. The air treatment part of the filter was updated, and the activated carbon filter pipeline was reconstructed by one person simultaneously. After all the work is completed, install all pipes and valves, ventilate and energize, purge the entire system pipes once, start the carbon molecular sieve charging operation, specifically guided by on-site instructors, start the nitrogen generator after the charging is completed, and check whether the interfaces are leaking While testing the purity and productivity of nitrogen.
3) After all the projects are completed, the on-site instructor will introduce the daily use and precautions to the person in charge of your company. After the equipment is repaired and remodeled, your company will strictly follow the precautions, otherwise the problem will repeat itself.
